6. Free Access and Subscription Services

6.1 Free Access

Registered users have free access to the English-language question bank so you can evaluate our Service before making any purchase. Free access includes:

• The full English question bank across all 14 official theory test categories
• Official-style 50-question mock tests and progress tracking
• The opportunity to evaluate the quality and suitability of our content

6.2 Paid Subscriptions (Premium)

Premium features — principally the translation of question content into supported languages — require a paid subscription. Available subscription options include:

• Monthly subscription — £2.99 per month (recurring)
• Quarterly subscription — £6.99 per 3 months (recurring)
• Annual subscription — £14.99 per year (recurring)
• The exact price is always shown at checkout before you confirm payment

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

7.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect existing subscriptions during their current billing period.

7.3 Recurring Payments

For recurring subscriptions, you authorise us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period. You can cancel recurring payments at any time through your account settings, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Share, distribute, or resell access to the Service or its content
• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from our content without authorisation

10.2 User-Generated Content

If you submit content to the Service (such as notes, questions, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

"AntDVSA" and our logo are trademarks of INTELLISTUDY LTD. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

"DVSA" refers to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency, an executive agency of the UK Department for Transport. Any reference to the DVSA or to the driving theory test on this Service is made solely to describe the examination our study materials help you prepare for. To book the official theory test, use the official GOV.UK booking service.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations

11.1 Educational Tool Only

IMPORTANT: AntDVSA is an independent study aid and preparation tool. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). We do not guarantee that use of our Service will result in passing the driving theory test or any other examination. Your success depends on many factors including your dedication, study habits, prior knowledge, and examination conditions. The official theory test is taken in English or Welsh only; our translation features are a study aid and are not available in the real test.

11.2 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or currentness of content
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation

Whilst we strive to maintain high-quality, accurate content, we do not warrant that all content is error-free or that it reflects the most recent revisions of the Highway Code or official test specifications.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELLISTUDY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of opportunity or examination failure
• Cost of substitute services
• Business interruption

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.4 Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INTELLISTUDY LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected] or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if:

• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity

• We cease operating the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
